Marijke de Nier was born in the Dutch province of Brabant and has been living in Spain for twenty-five years, proudly running her successful and highly respected property agency Residencia Estates since 2000. She and María Luz Gonzalez, a specialist in property management, have enjoyed a close working relationship for many years that is based on mutual respect and professionalism. It is a collaboration that has now blossomed into a service which harmonises their respective expertise and resources.

How did this partnership come about?

María Luz: I have owned my own company near the offices of Residencia Estates for many years. The close collaboration that followed from this has gradually grown and now evolved into a service that blends the best of both companies.

Marijke: It quickly became evident that we share the same business philosophy, which is above all to build a solid business and reputation on the grounds of the service and results we provide to our clients. It is good to know that when we refer clients to María Luz they are in excellent hands.

Combined with working for a Spanish law firm for many years, I believe it enables me to see things from both sides and get things done for our clients.
